For most solitaire rings and stud earrings, production typically takes 8–10 business days.

If your order includes a custom design or a stone requiring special crafting or certification, please allow an additional 10–12 business days for completion.

For other jewelry items like necklaces or bracelets, production times may vary. If you'd like specific details, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

Loose diamonds are usually ready to ship within 1 business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Shipping for international orders is handled by UPS, USPS, or Aramex, while domestic shipments within India are sent via Blue Dart or Sequel Logistics.

Once dispatched, deliveries generally take 8–10 business days. Please note that your jewelry piece and its certification may be sent separately, meaning you may receive multiple packages.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

For most jewelry, you can expect your total delivery (production + shipping) to take about 18–20 days from when your order is placed.

Custom designs or pieces involving special stones might require more time due to their longer production periods.

Loose diamonds ship faster, as they undergo minimal processing.

Insurance & Safety

All shipments are fully insured until they arrive at your address.

In the rare case your package is lost, damaged, or tampered with during transit, we will take responsibility and provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Please inspect your package upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is any visible damage or tampering before signing.

Import Fees & Refunds

While we offer free shipping globally, some countries may charge small import duties or taxes. If you incur any fees (usually under USD 40), just provide proof of payment and we’ll reimburse you.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment’s progress until it reaches you.
